We demonstrate this in a number of ways:

- Compliance with marketing standards and business ethics

- An employment policy that's fair, equal, flexible and rewarding

- A pleasant, friendly and safe working environment

- Recycling, reducing energy usage and encouraging the use of environmentally friendly
practices and products

- Supporting local charities such as Keech Hospice Care which helps families with a child
or young person diagnosed with a life-limiting condition. In the past we've helped fund
Carly Lawrence, one of a team of community nurses who help families make the most of
the precious time they have left with their children.
